Visibility that turns into real enquiries
It is not about “ranking high” for its own sake — it is about the keywords used by a customer who is ready to buy a floor. These are what build traffic and contact with the showroom.

Most valuable keywords
Commercial keywords with real monthly search volume — with the position before the work and today. The strategy was not based solely on generic queries with the highest volume. The key was keywords focused on user intent: choosing a pattern and material, matching a floor to underfloor heating, a purchase decision for a specific manufacturer, and a visit to the showroom.

It was not only about winning generic keywords with the highest volume. The key was queries matching user intent — choosing a pattern and material, matching underfloor heating, deciding on a colour, a manufacturer or a visit to the showroom. Below are the strongest climbs from positions outside the TOP 50 into the TOP 10, in this view only.

Conversions
What counts is what happens after the visit starts. In GA4 we looked not only at traffic itself, but also at each channel’s share of key events and contact intent signals. The specific numbers are sensitive client data, so we show the dynamics, not absolute values.
- Contact intent signals (GA4)
- +490%
- many times more after tracking was implemented
- Organic sessions (GA4)
- +50%
- more real visits from Google
- Share of the organic channel
- GA4
- a significant part of key events
The most important conclusion: the traffic is high quality. The keywords we won (types of boards, herringbone, stairs) match real purchase intent — which is why growing visibility is accompanied by a growing number of enquiries, not just page views.
About the Świat Podłóg brand
Before we move on to how we worked — a few words about the brand we built all of this on.

Świat Podłóg is a brand with over 34 years of experience and a real passion for wood — not “just another flooring shop”, but a team of experts who advise, measure, select and install. It is a rare combination: a craftsman’s competence and the service of a premium showroom.
Customers get more than a product: the highest quality wood, a curated collection (parquet, French herringbone, engineered and solid boards, stairs) and full service — advice, free measurement and samples, installation by permanent, proven teams and after-sales support. 10 showrooms in Warsaw is the standard, not the exception.
This foundation — experience, quality and real competence — is enormous capital in SEO. In Google’s language it is called E-E-A-T (experience, expertise, authoritativeness, trust). Our role was to fully expose this capital in the search engine and in AI models — so that even more customers would get to know the brand.
It is a network of 10 showrooms in Warsaw, cooperation with architects (the “Dla Architektów” programme) and dozens of documented premium projects — from Kaczkan French herringbone, through Boen and Lareco, to the Baltic Seaside collection. A brand with which “every interior gains character” — and whose reputation we were pleased to strengthen in Google.
Jakub approaches SEO in a very concrete way: he puts topics in order, shows the priorities and helps move from analysis to implementation. Working with him, it is easier to separate activities that make real business sense from pure theory. He analyses what has already been done and indicates the direction for developing the site structure and content, thinking about users and the search engine at the same time. He is a partner with whom it is easier to choose the right direction.
Paweł DąbrowskiCEO, Świat PodłógStarting point
Świat Podłóg operates in a demanding, highly competitive segment — both specialised showrooms and large, recognisable brands compete for keywords related to flooring, parquet and herringbone. Despite 34 years of experience and a strong offer, the site’s visibility in Google was not using its full potential.
The scale was shown by our content gap analysis (Oct 2025): the site had approx. 1,970 keywords and ~2% share of market traffic, while the leader held more than half. Thousands of valuable queries were out of reach — “panele winylowe” (vinyl panels; 90,500/mo), “listwy przypodłogowe” (skirting boards; 49,500/mo), whole clusters about herringbone, stairs and underfloor heating.
The assumption was simple: not to limit the work to adding more keywords, but to put the site in order and strengthen it semantically, so that Google and AI models better understand each page and its relationship with the other pages. In parallel, we had to fill the most important content gaps relative to the market.
Content for AI
More and more often the purchase path starts not in the “ten blue links” but in an AI-generated answer — in Google (AI Overviews) or in a chatbot. That is why we prepared part of the content so that language models can easily understand and cite it.
This is work at the level of meaning: unambiguous definitions, a clear structure and linked concepts — not “keyword stuffing”, but building meaning that both the search engine and AI understand.
In practice: FAQ sections based on the brand’s real experience (34 years, installation, service, projects in Warsaw) — ready “for the answer” for AI — and product descriptions generated from a structured dataset (type of wood, grade, finish, application, installation), written for entities, not for keywords.
- FAQ sections for AI Overviews and chatbots
- Product descriptions from structured data (entities, attributes)
- “Answer-first” layout: definition → context → FAQ
- Full coverage of questions (“solid or engineered board”)
- Experience signals (E-E-A-T) woven into the content
Information architecture
We put in order and expanded the site’s structure and taxonomy (categories, collections, board types, guides), so that each intent has the right page — and pages do not compete for the same keyword.
The heart of this layer is a proprietary, 3-stage mechanism based on embeddings: (1) vectorisation — every product and every piece of content is turned into a semantic vector; (2) semantic matching — the system calculates similarity and selects the most relevant products for an article/category; (3) automatic placement — the relevant products appear under the content. It shortens the purchase path and builds internal linking at a scale unattainable by hand.
The same engine works cross-site: the expert satellite site Wszystkoopodlogach.pl (160+ guides) directs traffic to the store through AI-selected product carousels — educational content works for sales.
- Vectorisation: product & content → semantic vector
- Automatic product↔content matching (embeddings)
- Cross-site carousels from the satellite site
- Blog migration to /blog + 301 (readable URLs)
- Resolving page cannibalisation
Link acquisition
A strong structure and content need authority to compete for commercial keywords. We ran consistent, quality link building — at a steady budget and pace — strengthening the most important categories and guides.
Links support the content strategy; they are not a goal in themselves: we direct their power where it really translates into positions for keywords with high volume and purchase intent.
- Steady budget and pace of link acquisition
- Strengthening the categories with the greatest potential
- Quality and topical fit over quantity
- Consistency with internal linking
What was done?
The work was not a one-off addition of content. It was a process of putting the architecture in order, filling gaps, strengthening authority and measuring whether new visits from Google actually lead to contact with the showroom.
| Area | Scope | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Keyword analysis and information architecture | Visibility strategy and intent map — the foundation of the project | Done |
| Content gap analysis | Comparison with competitors and a content expansion plan | Done |
| E-E-A-T audit | Assessment and strengthening of trust and authority signals | Done |
| Content at scale | Extensive expansion of the site’s and the blog’s content | Done |
| Proprietary AI mechanism | Semantic matching of products to content | Done |
| Structured data (Schema.org) | Implementation across the whole site | Done |
| Content for AI / AEO | Content and FAQs “for the answer” for AI models | Done |
| Link building | Strengthening the site’s most important pages | Done |
Schema.org
Structured data (Schema.org) is a translation of content into the language of machines. We implemented it across the site — products, offers, guides, the navigation path — so that Google and AI models do not have to “guess” what a given page is.
A double benefit: a greater chance of richer results (a higher CTR from the same position) and better comprehensibility of content for AI. Today schema is the foundation of visibility in the AI era.
- Organization — publisher logo and brand identity
- 10 showrooms as separate LocalBusiness entities (local SEO)
- Product / Offer — rich results for product pages
- Article / FAQ — guides and questions for AI
- BreadcrumbList + rich results validation
Next steps
The project has entered a phase of dynamic growth, but there is still significant room to develop. The further strategy focuses on keywords with the highest volume that we have not yet dominated, on presence in AI answers and on conversion — so that growing traffic turns ever better into real enquiries and sales. Below are the priorities for the coming months.
Expanding the taxonomy and clusters
Further broadening of the information architecture — entering new topic clusters and product types so that the site ranks for an even wider spectrum of intents.
Targeting new keywords
Systematically winning further keywords with high volume and purchase intent that we have not yet dominated.
Conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
Work on the path after the visit starts — product pages, forms, calls to action — so that growing traffic turns ever better into enquiries.
Strengthening signals (link building)
Consistently sending authority signals from valuable, topically matched sources — the foundation of competing for commercial keywords.
Consolidating and further developing positions
Getting to the top is not the hard part — staying there and climbing further is. Constant monitoring of results, defending the positions won and reacting to changes in Google’s algorithm.
