AI & SEO automation
I design and implement an automated internal linking system that supports indexing, the distribution of authority and the visibility of key pages. Based on an analysis of the site structure, keywords and content types, I define the linking rules (e.g. contextual, section-based, related articles). I select the tools or solutions (CMS / scripts), configure the automation and set the quality control rules. The result: a scalable internal linking system with a measurable impact on SEO.
Implementation consists of putting the rules into the system and monitoring how they work in practice. Automation requires iteration and control to keep the linking consistent as the site grows.
I specify whether the audit covers the whole site or selected sections, and whether we include language versions, subdomains and pages generated by parameters.
I collect the list of URLs and the linking relationships (source → target), describing the context of the links, their attributes (e.g. anchor, element type) and the status of the target URL.
Based on the inventory, I map URLs to page types and roles in the structure and analyse the distribution of links, pointing out where the linking does or does not support important pages in the following stages.
Automated internal linking is the process of creating connections between the pages of a site using algorithms, rules or dedicated tools. Its purpose is not only to improve navigation for the user, but also to help search engine crawlers index content efficiently and understand the structure of the website. Automation makes it possible to manage linking in a consistent and scalable way, which matters particularly on large content sites, in e-commerce and on news portals. Automated systems also allow a quick response to changes in the site structure or the SEO strategy.
The foundation of an effective automated linking system is a well-designed strategy that takes business goals and SEO priorities into account. It covers the choice of target pages, such as key service pages, categories or articles, and the assignment of the right keywords to them. An important element is developing the rules for creating anchor texts, including their variety and naturalness, to avoid over-optimisation. The strategy should also take into account the site structure, the content hierarchy and user paths, which makes it possible to better support conversion and the user experience.
Automated linking is most often implemented at the level of the CMS or through dedicated development solutions. The rules can include matching phrases in the content to specific URLs, generating “related articles” sections, and dynamic linking within categories or tags. The key is to keep the configuration flexible, so that the rules can be adapted to different content types and SEO goals. It is also important to implement exclusion mechanisms that prevent linking to low-value pages or to pages that should not be promoted.
One of the biggest challenges of automated linking is maintaining the high quality of the links it generates. Automation, although efficient, can lead to errors such as poorly matched anchors, repeated links within a single page or sending the user to content of little relevance. That is why it is essential to implement quality control mechanisms, such as limits on links per page, context analysis or manual reviews of selected sections of the site. Regular monitoring and audits make it possible to identify and eliminate problems quickly.
Automated internal linking plays an important role in the distribution of so-called link juice, i.e. the SEO value passed between pages. A properly designed system can strengthen the visibility of the most important pages, improve the indexing of new content and increase its chances of reaching high positions in the search results. It also shortens the path to key information, which translates into a better user experience and a lower bounce rate.
Optimising an automated linking system should be a continuous, data-driven process. Analysing traffic, user behaviour, indexing data and search results makes it possible to identify the areas that need improvement. In practice this means regularly updating the linking rules, testing new approaches and adapting the strategy to changing trends and business goals. A system that is continuously developed and optimised can bring long-term benefits both for SEO and for the effectiveness of the whole site.
Feedback from clients and industry people I have worked with on SEO projects.

I had the chance to work with Kuba at Kulturalnie o SEO, an event I organise. Kuba did a great job as a speaker and received high marks from the audience. He showed professionalism and broad knowledge. In other projects at Vestigio, Kuba shows enormous commitment, a willingness to explore and implement new ideas, and excellent organisation of his work.
