SEO in Zabrze

I treat SEO in Zabrze as work on real demand, user intent and the quality of the website, not on promises of quick jumps. What local SEO looks like, from diagnosis to implementation and growth

I start by checking where the website is today and which queries really matter to the company. Then I set the priorities, the implementation plan and the way progress is measured. I work so that SEO is linked to the offer, sales and the local context, not detached from everyday business decisions.

  1. 01/ 03

    Diagnosis and priorities

At the beginning I analyse the current visibility, the site structure, content quality, the technical foundations and the way the offer is presented. I also check how the company communicates locally and which areas can bring a meaningful result once the website is put in order.

  2. 02/ 03

    SEO plan

Based on the findings I create an action plan: the scope of on-page changes, the development of service pages, the direction of local content and off-site activities. This makes it clear what to implement first, what can be postponed and how to connect SEO with business goals.

  3. 03/ 03

    Implementation and growth

In the next stage I tidy up the elements of the website, refine the content, expand the information architecture and support the acquisition of quality links. In parallel, I prepare the site for better interpretation by the search engine and by AI-style answer systems.

Getting started and scope of activities

At the beginning I establish what the SEO is really meant to cover and which areas of the business matter most to the company. I am interested not only in the list of services, but also in which of them are a priority, in what area the company really operates, what the client acquisition process looks like and which questions come up before contact is made. Without this it is easy to get into activities that are seemingly correct SEO but poorly connected with what the website is actually meant to sell.

This stage brings order to expectations and the scope of work. It often turns out that not every page needs the same attention and not every service is worth promoting in an identical way. As a freelancer I prefer to set clear priorities rather than expand the project for the sake of it. This makes it clear where to start, which sections of the website have the greatest potential, and where the local context of Zabrze should be emphasised most strongly and where it is better to opt for broader communication.

Data needed to get started

For SEO to make sense, I need reliable input information. The most important are: the current offer, the area of operation, the way clients are served, sales materials, content already present on the website, information about the advantages of the offer and a list of questions that recur in conversations with clients. Contact details also matter a great deal, as do the versions of service names used in practice and whether the company operates only locally or also serves clients from outside the city.

The point is not an extensive brief for its own sake, but gathering material that makes it possible to write and organise the website without guessing. If this data is missing, the content becomes too general and the pages do not answer the real needs of the audience. That is why, right at the start, I put the vocabulary, the service descriptions and the territorial scope in order. This later makes it easier both to optimise for classic search and to carry out content preparation that is readable for systems analysing the website semantically.

Audit of current visibility

I start the audit by checking how the site is built and which signals it sends to Google. I look at indexing, URL structure, repetitive content, headings, metadata, internal linking, orphan pages, the quality of the offer templates and the basic technical elements affecting the accessibility of content. If the company has an extensive site, it also becomes important to catch keyword cannibalisation, i.e. a situation in which several pages compete for similar queries instead of supporting one another.

In the case of local SEO I also assess whether the website gives a clear signal: who provides the service, where they operate and why a given page should answer local queries in particular. I check the consistency of contact details, the placement of information about the area of operation and whether the content is not too general. If a business listing exists, the way it is connected with the website also matters, because local visibility is not based solely on keywords in the content.

Local keyword analysis

Keyword analysis in local SEO does not end with combining a service with the city name. I divide queries by intent: transactional, comparison, informational and problem-based. I am also interested in variants with the names of districts and nearby towns, questions asked in everyday language and terms used by clients themselves, not just by marketers. In a region like Zabrze, territorially broader queries often need to be taken into account as well, because users do not always limit themselves to the boundaries of one city.

The result of such analysis is a topic map, not a dry list of keywords to insert into the text. This makes it clear which queries the home page serves, which should go to service pages and which are better developed as guides, FAQs or sections answering specific objections. This is also important from the perspective of new forms of search, because well-organised answers to questions increase the chance that the content will be read better by systems generating summaries and answers.

Designing the website architecture

After the analysis comes the stage of designing the information architecture. I arrange the structure so that every important service has its own clear place and the user can move intuitively from the general offer to the specifics. This covers page names, the heading hierarchy, internal linking paths, sections that support the decision and separating topics that were previously lumped together. A well-designed architecture brings order to the site not only for crawlers, but also for people who quickly scan the website before getting in touch.

At this stage I also plan how to present the information that is important for credibility and visibility. This means clear details about the company, the area of operation, the working method and answers to questions, and sometimes also structured data and better organisation of the contact elements. A website prepared in this way tends to be easier to understand for Google and for tools such as AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity, which rely on clear, consistent and self-contained passages of content.

Implementation and visibility growth

Recommendations alone do not rank a website, which is why specific implementations are a large part of the work. They include improving titles and descriptions, refining the content on service pages, expanding local sections, improving internal linking, updating contact information and removing elements that blur the topic of the page. If the site requires bigger changes, I break them down into stages, so as to fix the foundations first and only then develop further sections. This limits chaos and makes it easier to assess which activities really bring order to visibility.

In parallel, I plan off-site activities: tidying up brand signals off the website, strengthening important URLs and building consistency between what the company communicates online and what is on the site. Such a process usually requires patience, because SEO is not a one-off change, but work on the quality and relevance of the website. I do not promise guaranteed rankings. I focus on consistently strengthening the site, so that it is more useful for the audience and more readable for the search engine and for systems that answer questions.
